Internal Work Programs

With Kim Honeycutt

“As a trauma recovery consultant, my goal is to provide a broad range of support and programming, which will allow clients to move through trauma-based strongholds and into freedom.” - Kim Honeycutt

 Needs Assessment
 [up to 6 weeks]

Do you struggle to allow someone to be there for your needs but eagerly take care of other people’s emotional needs? Do you struggle to have a voice? For many of us, we answer with a resounding yes to both questions. This program explores the root causes of how rejection, coupled with shame/blame, prevents us from receiving the very thing that fosters connection in all of our relationships. Cost is $620.

Finding Closure in Relationships
[up to 10 weeks]

This program will help you move from the denial caused by a relationship ending to acceptance or satisfy the need for a “farewell and release” of a relationship. Cost is $1100.

Who I Am (Not)
[up to 6 weeks]

This program is concentrated on Scripture and uses thought-provoking questions to gain clarity on who you were told you are within your family and learn to reconcile your conditioned self with your authentic, unconditioned self. Cost is $900. Materials provided.

12 Steps
 [up to 12 weeks]

I had the privilege of working the steps slowly and methodically in the traditional sense with a sponsor. I highly encourage people to work the steps this way, and it’s free! However, over years working to professionally assist others, I have come across many who do not qualify for a 12-step program or want to approach their recovery differently. The 12 Steps do a beautiful job of teaching you who you are not, who you are, and how to repurpose past pain. In this 12-week program, we will go through each step, no matter what the entity is that you feel powerless over. It may be trauma, another person, or a drug. Cost is $1750 for 12 45-50min sessions. If the program isn’t complete after 12 weeks, each additional session is $140.
